Authority relations and democratic participation assessments (DPA)

  • Do authority relations support creative engagement, communicative competence, company morale, and sustainable growth?

  • Is accountability, transparency, and fairness integral to the way power relations are organized?

  • Is a culture supportive of learning and growth pervasive throughout the organization?

  • Are all voices able to participate in shaping the discourses and practices of the organization?
